    Yes!, I resolved this problem.
My engineer edit script in some file.
but my problem now is I can't upload file via File manager.
I understand that it's bug in Plesk system,
We have to wait for next upgrade. :(
They should do everything is good enough before selling .

Can you tell me what your engineer changed and in which script, in order to fix the problem with the password change in webmail?

    Thank you very much.

I am using Plesk 7.6 version on windows 2003 platform.

Hosting multiple domains on the same server through plesk.

I am also facing the same problem like "Failure in changing password on poppassd server: Incorrect Password" when trying to change password through Horde Webmail.

Has anyone come across some solution?

Is there any upgrade available from SWDesk on this.

    regards
    bala

    Hello,

The current version of Plesk doesnt support this feature. You have to use the Plesk control panel to reset the email passwords. :)

Is there anyway that we can have this confirmed that Plesk does not allow webmail to change the passwords and this can only be done through the Plesk control panel?
