Can't change password in webmail

I have a big problem!
I can't change password in webmail, it show
"Failure in changing password : Incorect Password."

Can you resolve this problem?
I need my customer to edit it by themself.

Yes!, I resolved this problem.
My engineer edit script in some file.
but my problem now is I can't upload file via File manager.
I understand that it's bug in Plesk system,
We have to wait for next upgrade.
They should do everything is good enough before selling .

I am using Plesk 7.6 version on windows 2003 platform.

Hosting multiple domains on the same server through plesk.

I am also facing the same problem like "Failure in changing password on poppassd server: Incorrect Password" when trying to change password through Horde Webmail.

Has anyone come across some solution?

Is there any upgrade available from SWDesk on this.

Hello,

The current version of Plesk doesnt support this feature. You have to use the Plesk control panel to reset the email passwords.
