Resolved Can't connect to my database from my pc

Hello, i just bought VPS + Plesk from OVH and i already 2x times reinstalled my VPS because i can't connect to my database from my pc or another host.
i already do "Allow remote connections from any host" anyone can help me?

- Already turn off firewall

For security reasons, you can specify access settings for database users, in order to allow or deny remote connection...

hi thank you for replying my thread. Actually i just forget to turn on "Allow local MySQL server to accept external connection", i just turn on "Allow remote connections from any host "
