Can't create mail alias

Hi there,

I can't create new E-Mail alias. When I try to create an alias (let's say "[email protected]") for "[email protected]" I get an error:

Error: Unable to add new mail alias: Mail name info already exists in this domain.

Which is right, since I'm trying to add an alias to that Mail name. So it should be a good thing that info is already there!

I'm running MailEnable Standard 1.981

What am I missing here?

Hi tiramisu,

thats correct, when I tried to add an alias it told me that the, mail i was adding it to was already there.

But the good news: I installed the 8.2.0.1 update and that solved the problem.
