Resolved Can't delete Domains

Hello Plesk Community,
I currently have a problem with my right new Plesk installation: I cannot delete domains.
I use Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update No. 17 in the web admin edition.

Error message: "Warnung: Zugriff verweigert." (German)
The English translation should look like this: "Warning: Access denied."

The Plesk debug mode also did not provide any further information about the error.
I already followed the instructions in the wiki, but without success.

There are several ways howto remove a domain via GUI or CLI, perhaps this knowledgebase article might be helpful:
