Can't email other domains on server

Email bounces when I try to send to another domain on the server. Using Outlook, I get a bounce back immediately.

If I try to send with webmail (horde) it won't let me and returns the follow error msg:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: [email protected] [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17))]

Maybe this is so simple to answer for the most of the seniors but I have the same problem and have no idea how to solve it.
I tried several things and nothing.
In my case I must use the SMTP server of my ISP, no problem when I use the smtp of the server.

I got the same problem too. When I send an email to [email protected] bounces and says:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[email protected]'. Subject 'PROBANDO', Account: 'mail.xxxx.com.ve', Server: 'mail.cantv.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>... User unknown', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I'm using my ISP smtp gateway and sends to others accounts but myaddress sucessfully... any help
