Cant Find space used by a domain

Hello,

I have a domain under plesk 11.0.9. If I calculate the statistics manually I have:

Website: 541 MB
Mail: 85 MB
Others: 25 MB
Database 1.89 GB

If I access directly to the server, go to:

/var/www/vhosts/XXX.com# du -sh
573M .

Which is correct

Mail is correct also.

But in /var/lib/mysql the databases have no more than 100 MB.

Also I check

/var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/xxx.com

But no space...

Where are the 1.89 GB of database? How can I find it?

Also I have a file in /var/lib/mysql called ibdata1 with 2.8 GB. Maybe that is the problem?
