Can't Freate New Domain After Upgrade

Have tried all day to add a new domain to my account but can't. Does anybody have a help or help me roll back to 8.6? Following is the error message. Please help.

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: <b>Source:</b> Microsoft JET Database Engine<br/><b>Description:</b> The INSERT INTO statement contains the following unknown field name: 'serial'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation again.
