Hope someone can help.

After attempting to restore a domain I find I can't get back into Plesk. It comes up with:

ERROR: PleskException
Unable initialize session:
0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/cmd_loginup.php:240
createSessionCommon(integer '1', string 'admin', boolean true, string '86.152.189.220', NULL null)
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/cmd_loginup.php:373
createSessionAdmin(string 'admin', string '********', string '***************************', boolean false)
2: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/cmd_loginup.php:130
createSession(string 'admin', string '********')
3: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/login_up.php3:28

Any suggestions welcome!

Cheers

problem solved!

the /usr partition was completely full...
moving a huge logfile from /usr/local/psa/var/log solved my problem...

cheers

Riger,

That's good news! Thanks for the tip. However, I've looked in that directory and there's nothing untoward in there. Am investigating other places, so again, if anyone has any suggestions....

Cheers

Noel

Yup. Thanks Riger. I found a whole pile of logs from previous domain migrations that bunged up the drive. I found mine in:
/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs.

Back to normal at last, with a lesson learned: Plesk is not very good at tidying up after itself.
