Can't install Plesk 11.5.30 on Debian 7.0 x64

Yes, this web site is working. I have tried also to download autoinstaller and start it, but had the same problem.

I think the main reason of this error in this line:
"Failed to fetch https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_1...-Debian-7.0-x86_64/base/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found"
I didn't find folder "dists" on the https://autoinstall.plesk.com/.
I think the link should be:
https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.5.30/dist-deb-Debian-7.0-x86_64/base/
But where is this settings stored?

Have you tried to use latest version of autoinstaller from Parallels site?

Do you have /root/.autoinstallerrc file? Try to remove it.
