Cant install wordpress on subdomain

Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.55 Update #2
I have an existing wordpress website and I created a subdomain for it, when I go to install wordpress using the WP ToolKit it wont install but it will redirect me to /modules/wp-toolkit/index.php/domain/list where only the main website is listed
