Resolved Can't Install Wordpress or host a website

Why can't I install Wordpress on my account and why does my account show " No web Hosting" ad my hosting type shows "No hosting" but no change button.
I want to make a website and how do I do it if I cant install Wordpress.

Please provide more info, is it for admin or customer subscription?
Looks like there is no permission 'Enable hosting' in Service Plan -> 'Hosting Parameters' tab, or enabled 'Restricted mode' with disabled 'Hosting Management'.
