Question can't load site after active ssl

Hello
After activating ssl on the domain, the site does not load on the iPhone
This problem is most commonly seen in the ios11.X.
If the site is downloaded from the VPN site, it loads at very low speeds.

There are some handshake problems in the test.

You could give this a try:
turn off SSLv2 and SSLv3 protocols on all domains on a server

My servers don't show handshake problems
