no CSS applied on business manager pages

I am a real noob.

I have updated to Plesk 10.0.1.

When I try to login I get this message in a little pink box on the login page.

Error: Element not found

If I try disabling sso which I found on here is done with /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -d

Then I can login but I can't use the business manager because it says The web page at https://localhost.localdomain:11444/relay might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I am really stuck and need my hand holding a bit. Can anyone help me?

Further to this. I have just done...

/usr/share/plesk-billing/sso --command=disable --app-type=admin Which I found on here and now, even if I login without SSO I can get into the business parts of the server but there seems to be no CSS applies, it's all text with no layout.

I am using plesk 10.0.1 on centos5 64 - sorry for not putting that in OP

I have just realized that if I do a view source the links to the CSS look like this...

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://localhost.localdomain:8443/plesk-billing/skins/winxp.new/css/billing.css" />
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="https://localhost.localdomain:8443/plesk-billing/lib-themes/default/lib-billing/images/logos/favicon.ico" />

localhost.localdomain doesn't look right? Where would these values be coming from?

Thanks

I have looked in the Billing database, I think that must be where this wrong value is coming from. I have looked in the table config_params and there are quite a few localhost.localdomain entries in there. I think they can't all be wrong but I don't know which one I should change if any.

Any help would be great, even if someone can say I am looking in the right place?

Thanks

Are you hosted by 1&1 ?

OK,

I'm not getting any replies and I think it's because of the title of the thread because my problem has moved on and I have a different problem so I ask the mods, is it ok if I start a new thread?

Are you hosted by 1&1 ?

No, I am hosted by Fasthosts, they are owned by 1and1 but I am told by their technical director, Jonothan Royle, with whom I am quite friendly, that they are totally autonomous. Unfortunately, Fasthosts' images are Plesk 9.2 and they do not yet have any support channels for Plesk 10. I have asked about this problem but they have been honest and said that they just don't know anything about Plesk 10 yet.

Am I right in guessing that you are with 1and1 and have the same issues? I have got further with this and now the only issue I have (when not using SSO) is that the business manager loads with no CSS or images because all the links are looking for localhost.localdomain. Perhaps I can help you get to that point?

I was having a different error that is now fixed. I was just asking to see whether your host supported v10, and obviously they don't!

I was having issues where I logged into https://10.10.10.10:8443, it came up with a container error once logged in, and I couldn't access anything. I was then able to change the port, and it all works fine now.

Good luck with your error, I can't really help much further. As I said I was just asking to see whether your host supported v10 really as it's probably related to that.
