Cant Login and FTP - HELP!

hello,

I am able to login to Plesk using my admin credentials but nothing else. I cant login using any of my client or domain credentials!

I also cant FTP with those credentials either
It just tells me:

Connection timeout. No response from server.

Please HELP!

I was able to restart the xinetd service and this fixed FTP but I still cant log into PLesk

any ideas?

Is there a screen that lists any services not working properly?
