Cant login in CP: PleskFatalException

Cant login in CP: PleskFatalException without info

After upgrade from 8.6 to 9. I cant login into control panel.

1. CP shows me error

ERROR: PleskFatalException

Up Level
Components::componentUpdate() failed: Unable to exec utility packagemng: Empty error message from utility.

0: /opt/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:501

Can you help me please?


2. Others is fine but login into mail boxes are corupt too.

3. When i run psa /etc/init.d/psa start i get:

Who kindly user help me? I dont know how fix that.

fine, and now cant download packages from parallels: 500 Internal Server Error

Just now i fix login into admin control, but mail still not works
