Issue can't login Server Error 500 Internal Server Error

Hello, maybe I did a mistake, i was trying to install SSL to my domain and i go to “Tools & Settings” > “Tools & Resources” > “IP Addresses”. and inside the ip i make the ip to my domain and after that i can't login
