• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi, we cannot log in to any sites that requires "user name" & "password". These are for sites like wordpress.
Users cannot log in anymore.
We've tried changing passwords, it does not work.

Also other php mysql sites that require user names and passwords to log into them, they too don't work.

This was happening since Plesk 9.5.3 9.5.4 ... upgraded to Plesk 10.0.0 and still the same problem.

Issue may have happened after "yum update"...

Need more details. Do you have any errors in logs, etc?

It does not give any errors. Whenever someone types in any user credentials, it just reverts back to the login screen. It does not give any errors. It's like the user entered in the wrong credentials, but in reality all the credentials are correct.

Here is my php and mysql versions...

mysql 5.1.54-1.el5.art
php 5.2.17-1.el5.art

The error is happening on all sites that require "user name" & "password access".

It's happening on 2 servers.

However there are 2 other servers running: (and everything is fine) - They are Plesk 10.0.1

mysql 5.0.77-4.el5_5.4

php 5.1.6-27.el5_5.3
