Can't login to Controlpanel after update to 9.0.1

Can't login to Controlpanel after update to 9.0.1

The Header of Plesk-Panel is shown but no Login-Form

It says "Network exceeding"

I was 2 Hours online in Plesk after the Update, now i can´t login.
Can anyone help?

Solution:

When you have an external Firewall (in Customermenu by 1&1), deactivate!
The external Firewall blocks Port 11444 TCP
