Can't login to ftp after changing account name

Hello,

I have a problem with a site hosted on Plesk for Windows 8.6. Plesk is running on Windows 2003 SP2 server.

I had a domain that I had to change the account name for. After changing the account name I was not able to view the contents of any folders off the ftp home directory i.e. httpdocs or any others. I ran the reconfigurator on the domain and I am no longer able to log in at all via ftp.
