Issue Can't login to FTP

I am running Plesk 12.4.30 for Windows. I rent my server from Go Daddy.
I have seen other threads on the forum concerning this but they seem more complicated than my issue.
I rented my server from Go Daddy yesterday. I have set up the first website but I can't login to FTP. FileZilla give me a 530 error.
Is there a simple fix to this?
BTW I'm a newby when it comes to working with a server so the simpler the better.

If you try to use phrase "530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible" of KB articles search, you will see many related articles and I'm sure that one of them will help you necessarily. Just try it here Plesk Help Center
