  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Can't login to Horde ΙΜΑP

New Pleskian
Hello!

We are having a problem with Horde webmail on a new Plesk Onyx Version 17.5.3 Update #6 Windows 2012 R2 setup.

With IMAP selected in Horde, login is not possible (Login failed), with POP login is successful but Horde interface is broken and reports older version 52.11 instead of the installed 6.2.15.

We have tried removing and reinstalling Horde a few times but the problem persists. MailEnable webmail is fully functional without problems.

Can you advice on solving the issue with Horde?

Thanking you in advance!

First of all try to find related error messages in Horde log %plesk_dir%tmp\\horde\\horde.log

Hello IgorG,

thank you for your advice. We have checked the C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\tmp\horde\horde.log and it is empty.
