Can't login to Plesk CP after update to 8.3.0

I have updated my Plesk to ver. 8.3.0 yesterday. I recieved report that everything was ok, but now i can't login to Plesk CP. It shows just blank page. I turned on showing errors and its saying:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_gpc() in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/index.php on line 11

I googled for some solutions but none works. Can anybody give me some clues what to do ?
