Can't login with known password

I got a new server, logged in to plesk then logged out and can't get back in.

I know the password -- it's located in /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

I know I'm entering it correctly, but I repeatedly get the javascript popup saying it's wrong.

Tried rebooting - still won't let me in,

Is there anything else I can do?

nevermind. appears to have started working on its own now...
