Can't login with Root to Plesk Panel v10.x

When I go in goes here https://ipdelete?:8443 then it will goto https://ipdelete?:8443/sso/ui before it had https://ipremove:8443/relay that's missing now. So I can't ether do default admin then setup password as default or my server root login password top level password for server login to plesk. How can I fix SSO/UI so I can login as normal of ROOT of server of Plesk? Server is only day old.

Try temporary disable SSO with

/usr/local/psa/bin/sso -d

and login as root.

To fix the issue with SSO you should try to execute the utility:
/usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all --hostname=domain.com --idp-url=https://domain.com:8443

Please make sure that host name "domain.com" can be correctly resolved into IP address:
1. locally - try to type "ping domain.com" into server CMD
2. globally - try to type "ping domain.com" into your client computer CMD
Fix resolving either by setting up correct DNS zones or by adding items "<ip address> domain.com" into hosts files on server and on your local computer.

I plug to this post, cause have similar problem. I also can't login to parallel panel as root. But, my problem is different. I don't have problem with changing url, I get the message: "Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.". I can login as root to shell with this user/pass , but can't login into the parallels panel. What's the problem? If I login as admin, I can't start/stop/restart or reconfigure the services (I get the message "Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by apache_control_adapter: /opt/psa/bin/apache_cleanup.sh: This script must be run as root

I can enter the mail server from telnet, but users can't get messages from mail programs.? I'm not noob in linux, so please give me specific and concise sollutons.
