Can't "Rename" Domain Name

I try to rename domain name.
But error.

Error: Unable to rename the domain:
Execute websrvmng --start-vhost " --vhost-name=domain.com" failed: Site domain.com doesn't exist
Execute websrvmng --rename-vhost " --old-name=domain.com" "--new-name=domain2.com" failed: Cannot find domain by name '71'

Anybody can help me?
