Can't restart suspended domain...

Having problems re-starting a suspended domain. I've gone through the process of extending resource limits, changing subscriptions and such. I'm also aware of the knowledge base article that references the issue (http://kb.odin.com/en/9308) and have gone through that procedure as well.

Nothing has worked and I am starting to get a little concerned. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to manage this issue?

Check the dns. I don't know why, but in my case the dns did not get reactivated, and I had to it manually
