Issue Cant restore Backup

Hi!
I made a new installation of my plesk. I made a backup beforehand but now I cant restore it! On the one hand I get exit status 1 over the cli

 plesk bin pleskrestore --restore /backup_info_2004091208.xml.tar -level server -ignore-sign -backup-password "Tkubwp123"
Unable to find file '//backup_info_2004091208.xml.tar'

exit status 1

if I want to restore it in the backupmanager I get following errors:
