can't save

I can't seem to save my work on template: personal-034

Other templates seem to be working fine.
Here is my error message.

I have checked template personal-034 on Sitebuilder demo site but everything looks good. I could make some modifications and save it. Can you try on this demo installation http://sitebuilder4.demo.parallels.com/Wizard/?
Probably some specific actions required in this case?

Your site works.
Mine doesn't.

I've tried a variety of edits.
> adding a few sentences
> adding a table
> just changing a page name
> attempting to put a coming soon statement on a blank common page.

I can't save anything for this template.
How do we proceed?

Try to update templates on this server:

# sb_config --update_templates

Is this the only template which experience this issue? Could you please check personal-034 template version in Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Templates section and let me know. From the demo site I can see that this template has 4.0.0 version and it looks like it was not changed since 4.0 version. Anyway, let me know about the results.
