Can't send mail in Horde

I can't sending mail from Horde I have this error message.

There was an error sending your message: Failed to open sendmail [/var/qmail/bin/sendmail] for execution.

Could you please tell me how can i fix this problem ?

any suggestions? i have the same problem here. the sendmail wrapper in /var/qmail/bin/sendmail is there and it is executable. The problem appears to be another buggy update.

I found that selinux was causing the problem. I disabled it and now, no more problem.
