• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello all,

I have upgraded Mailenable from Standard to Professional and now, when I send email to a certain domain (itt-s.com) the email goes straight into the "Bad Mail" folder and I get the following in the MTA Log file:

Code:
08/23/05 09:03:57	Processing file F9F5F28A9B104DE2838C6C30BCC8F82F.MAI from queue SMTP
08/23/05 09:03:57	Pre Pickup Event executing: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\memailfilter.exe F9F5F28A9B104DE2838C6C30BCC8F82F.MAI SMTP
08/23/05 09:03:58	[F9F5F28A9B104DE2838C6C30BCC8F82F.MAI] from (SMTP) [SMTP:[email protected]]->[SMTP:[email protected]] Could not resolve recipient. It has been returned to the sender address.
08/23/05 09:03:58	Debug 114: Message (F9F5F28A9B104DE2838C6C30BCC8F82F.MAI) has been copied to the system BadMail directory

If I uncheck the memailfilter.exe in the MTA properties, the mail is passed and received fine.

Any ideas?
