Issue can't set DNS to my plesk Server

hi,

we moved our server to a new IP, after that it is impossible to set the first NS to ns1.moodymind.de (Domainhoster is INTERNETX) error is "
EF02037 Zonen-Transfer (AXFR) konnte nicht vollstaendig durchgefuehrt werden."

the Zonetransfer IP is set...

anybody some ideas?

This seems to be a message from your data center, not from Plesk. Did you consider asking their support?

yes... thousands times.. "the problem is the denic, the problem is alfahosting, the problem is you.... " bla

today it works, but the domain transfer was on saturday and we have no problems like this in the past

So the issue is resolved without further action on the Plesk server?

more or less, we have this problem with other domains too and in the past DNS Changes work instantly and now we have with every new domain massive problems

It seems that this is due to propagation times of DNS changes.

okay. new realization. If i restart BIND Dns, entries set immediately... what could be the problem?
