Thak you for the reply, the output of the commande is :
service httpd status
● httpd.service
Loaded: not-found (Reason: No such file or directory)
Active: inactive (dead)

You are on Debian, there it is
# service apache2 status

Hi the output is :

How about /var/log/apache2/error.log or /var/log/apache2/error_log?

Please also try
# apachectl -t

It checks the syntax of your configuration files. Most issues result from faulty configuration files or SSL configurations.

Here is the content of /var/log/apache2/error.log :

Hi, thank you M. Peter it work fine for me :) can you tell me please why i found this after resolving the problem :
8828#0: *3364 open() "/httpdocs/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/position.min.js" failed (13: Permission denied)

and the website don't work correctly

This can have various reasons. For example, the owner of /httpdocs is not set to <username>:psaserv, or the permissions of /wp-includes is not <username>:psacln. Maybe a security setting was applied that direct access to /wp-includes paths is disabled. Maybe the file or directory modes are incorrect (e.g. no read access for psaserv or psacln). Yo could start with
# plesk repair web <domainname>
(repairs web server configuration)
# plesk repair fs <domainname>
(repairs file permissions)
You could then remove security settings from the wordpress toolkit security page.

i see thank you, here is the output of # plesk repair fs <domainname>
There are files or directories with suspicious permissions in the
root directory of the domain 'my domain .................... [WARNING]
httpdocs/wp-config.php

How can i remove security settings from the wordpress toolkit security page please ? and excuse my questions i'am new on Plesk usdaly i use cpanel :/
