Cant start Cpanel

I have been using Plesk 7.5.1 for 2 months now wit now problems But for no apparent reason when I try to start plesk I am getting this error
Unable to connect to database: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061) 0: C:\PLESK3\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3:56 psaerror(string "Unable to connect to database: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061)")
All files appear to be in place including an update I did 2 days ago has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it
the above error stops me logging on to plesk

It means that MySQL server is stopped on the server. Check MySQL state if it's stopped you should run it. Also server reboot may help
