Question Can't start MySQL servers on Windows 10

I have installed MySQL twice today, but in the Program Files(x86)\MySQL folder all I have is MySQL for Excel, MySQL Installer for Windows, MySQL for Visual Studio, and MySQL Workbench https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ . There should be a MySQL Server 5.7 in there but there isn't. I went to this page and downloaded the .msi file, but I still can't start servers, not even from the workbench.
