Can't start plesk. Can't find /opt/drweb/drweb32.key so plesk fails to run.

Can't start plesk. Can't find /opt/drweb/drweb32.key so plesk fails to start.

Didn't even had that thing running. Plesk won't start. Can't login to the control panel. When restarting it says it can't find /opt/drweb/drweb32.key and then fails to start plesk.

Why would That stop the control panel from starting.
