Can't update to 12.5.30

I tried to update to 12.0 to 12.5.30 but hit few snags. Here is what log reported:

'@error_message[2016-02-02 08:29:50.330234] Get bootstrapper packages to installation from selected component 'l10n
AND
Fatal error during packages installation: Public key for mod_cloudflare-1.3.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm is not installed


Any pointers?
