Can't update to 8.1.1. or 8.2

I have Plesk 8.1.0 when I try use the Plesk updater to update to 8.1.1 or 8.2 I get first the page with component options, then I click install and after a long pause get a blank page and the update does NOT happen, any help would be appreciated ....
