Cant upgrade tp 8.2.1

When I try upgrading I get
There was an error downloading: http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_8....nager-0-8.2.1-rhel4.build82070919.15.i586.hdr

It looks like there is no packages built anyone know were to find it or how to tell swsoft they are missing it.
