Issue Possible error after upgrade

Hi,

Some time ago, I've do a upgrade from Debian 8 to Debian 9 and Plesk 11.5 to 11.8 (using the dist-upgrade procedure).

Now I have a problem, because the plesk installer search some things from the old system:

Why Vendor PHP used by plesk are 5? Why plesk installer download some repositories for Debian 8 / Jessie?

I've tried to open a ticket but I cannot do it because my license are from OVH. Also, OVH did not know how to fix this.

System is working, but I cannot update plesk and plesk installer port (8447) is down.And I suppose there's more hidden problems here.

Anyone can help about this? I have plesk without any update since the installation on 2018/11. It's the only option to reinstall all the server?

I've tried to do it, but Plesk directly doesn't offer me support.

The message are:

We identified that the license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers.
Please contact your license provider for support service.

I need some help for finding the issue. I've tried to clean apt cache, use plesk reinstall, clean old sources.list files, but nothing helps.

apt-get update didn't do any error. But apparently, plesk install use another sources.list who I doesn't know where is.
