Cant use Sitebuilder with Plesk

I lease psa 8.4 unlimited and sitebuilder 4.2 from a parallels partner.

I can upgrade them, so they are valid.

But in my plesk license shown that the sitebuilder usage ability disabled.

How can this be disabled becouse i bought sitebuilder and psa both ?

you are better off contacting sales, sounds like license error.

Plesk license key should be installed through Plesk admin CP and Sitebuilder license key should be activated through Sitebuilder admin CP. These are two different licenses and as I know there is no such an attribute for Plesk 8.x license as Sitebuilder support. Could you specify where exactly can you see that Sitebuilder usage ability is disabled in Plesk? If you are talking about grayed out icon of Sitebuilder in Plesk interface you need to make sure that Plesk and Sitebuilder integration is done properly.
