Has anyone solved the problem of requiring the case of the domain that was entered when creating the account to login to webmail or POP3/IMAP?

Everything was working fine on 8.0.1 until I upgraded to 8.1.0. Now I can't find anything online that describes that setting.
 
This is a hard one...can't find any documentation on this at all.

Anyone?
 
Stumped the community

Looks like my question is too hard for people to answer. That's not good for the hope for resolve. I've wasted 3 hours searching and reading courier-imap docs and nothing about the case login issue.

Ugh. :(
