Catch all email not working

Catch all email in Pesk panel is not working. I have changed the Catchall email from mail ==> change settings but still the catch all email goes to some unknown email address. Even when we put reject the email goes to some unknown location. The Postfix is the MTA used.

Fix done so far

run mchk
Change the MTA to Qmail and back to Postfix
Tried editing the backend file .etc/alias and /var/spool/postfix/plesk/aliases as

@yourdomain.com emailusername

Change the all system alias like root, postmaster etc. to the catch all email address

Edit .qmail-default file in /var/qmail/mailnames/domin-name/ to catch all email address

But the issue was not solved . Please help
 
I had the same Problem and solved it by patching an entry in the PSA Database. There had been two entries in the Parameters table. I changed the appropriate entry and started mchk.
