    this may be an issue with the install file?

    this was an install on centos 6.3 using parallels_installer_v3.12.0_build120601.16_os_CentOS_6_x86_64

    /etc/sso/sso-public.pem was zero bytes once replaced it installed ok.

    Hello,

    Could you describe the exact steps from the Plesk installation that led to this error? I think that your certificate has been manualy changed or corrupted.
