Question CentOS 8.2 + Plesk (connecting a second hard drive)

There is a server on CentOS 8.2 + Plesk. One hard drive is connected, I'm going to connect the second one. I work with disks over ssh.

Could you tell us how to format the disk better and where to mount it better?
 
I am going to move a large site and I want to be sure of the correctness of my actions.
