Centos update with Plesk

I have a virtual server with CentOS 6.4 (Final) and Plesk 11.5.30 and I would like to update Centos (it's 2 years old version) but I am asking if I have to consider somenthing related to Plesk software or if I can do it without fear.

Plesk does not support major OS upgrade (dist-upgrade).
