certificate error- navigation blocked

I have 7.5.4 version and keep getting in IE7 "certificate error- navigation blocked" encouraging em not to go onto my server. I rent the server from a large company who do not offer support on Plesk, saying you can work it out yourself! ( after I paid in full)-Im paying for the server and not in debt!!

how do I get rid of this certificate error- or could you point me where to go for more info.
