Hi

Am evaluating Plesk 7.5.3 on fedora core 2.

Ive been looking at the cgi options and may have a problem migrating some of my clients who use perl scripts to a plesk system.

If I enable mod_perl support in the control panel it seems to allow scripts anywhere within httpdocs but only if they have a .pl extension.

If I enable cgi support in the control panel it allows scripts to be run within cgi-bin with either a .pl or .cgi extension

I guess mod_perl is the handler for scripts ending in .pl within httpdocs

Quite a few of my clients have scripts ending in .cgi within httpdocs - is it possible to for .cgi scripts to be handled by mod_perl? I could add the entry myself to the http.conf file but from what ive been reading this gets overwritten.

Thanks
