Issue cGroups not working

Hi,

I am running Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.38 Update #3 on Proxmox LXC CT with Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS.
CGroups is enabled in the license-management.

I enabled the monitoring of subscriptions.
In advanced monitoring I get "Dashboard not found" when clicking on the subscriptions tab.

In the customer-view I get "Organization not found" when clicking on the monitoring-link.

Any idea on how to get the cgroups to work?
Is there a way to test if the actual limitting is actually working?
