Change A-Record of Subdomain

Hi everybody I hope I'm right here.

I want to change the A-Record of a subdomain. I went in Plesk (9.2.2) to Start->Domains->mydomain.de->DNS Settings and edited the subdomains A-Record. I changed the IP to that where I want to forward the subdomain to. After 10 Days the changes did not show any results. Is there something else I have to do to change the A-Record (forward a subdomain to another IP)?
