Change Bind to MS DNS

I have MS DNS installed and would like to switch from Bind to MS DNS. How do I do this?
Via Plesk or via Windows?

Of course via Plesk.
You just should switch it at Server>Components Management>DNS Server
All DNS settings will be moved to MS DNS.
